Not able to Cd eject

Stuck in the CD slot
When he boots up with no CD of any type in the CD-ROM drive, he can't open the CD tray. File Sharing ain't on (and even if it was.... there's no CD in the drive!). Seriously though, I find the eject buttons on the unit are rather fiddly, and while it's easy for me to reach into an open CD-tray to remove or add a CD, it's actually easier for me to press "eject" in an on-screen window than to reach down and find which button to press, and remove my finger before the CD tray
