when i insert a CD in the drive and then use the Eject menu option it's ALWAYS saying:
CD Drive is currently in use. (Cancel, Try again, Continue)
that's even if i didn't do anything.. just insert the CD then Eject immediately.

Try waiting till the CD is recognized, then use the Eject option. Obviously, if you insert a CD in the drive, and don't wait till it is recognized, it will always appear busy if you attempt to eject it right away.

and i left for sometime
but still the same problem
this problem occures even with blank CDs

It's also possible that your CD/DVD connection (inside the case) is loose or incorrectly connected.
